What exactly do I get at the end?
Well, the generative AI landscape is moving fast — and with it, the possibilities for testing and validating projects are improving every day. What we deliver is your project in action: it can be a polished, well-crafted static prototype or a small working portion of the real product, depending on what makes sense for your case. All of this is discussed during the Kickoff Meeting. In the end, you walk away with everything you need to feel confident moving forward into full development with your IT team.
How long does it take?
Delivery time depends on the plan: Starter takes 2–4 weeks, Development Ready takes 3–5 weeks, and Team Execution takes 4–6 weeks. This includes the kickoff meeting, prototype development, one round of corrections, and the acceptance period.
When am I charged?
Your card is authorized at checkout but not charged until you accept the final deliverable. If for any reason the project doesn't meet the agreed goals, we'll work together to reach a fair resolution — and if we mutually agree the goal wasn't achieved, the payment is cancelled. A 7-day acceptance window starts after delivery — if no action is taken, the project auto-completes.
Do I need technical knowledge?
Not at all. The kickoff meeting is a conversation about your project, goals, and target users — no technical jargon required. We handle all the technical decisions and translate your vision into the project.
Can I use the deliverables with my own development team?
Absolutely. The prototype, documentation, and AI-ready project structure are designed to be handed off to any development team. Your developers can use them as the single source of truth for building the real product.
What's the difference between the plans?
Starter gives you a consulting session and a pitch-ready prototype — ideal for presenting your project to investors or stakeholders. Development Ready includes everything in Starter plus full documentation, cost estimations, and an AI-agent-ready project — everything your IT team needs to start building. Team Execution includes everything in Development Ready plus a dedicated Product Owner who builds the backlog with ready-to-work tasks, user stories, and priorities — so your development team can start delivering from day one.
What if I need changes after delivery?
One round of corrections is included in every plan. After reviewing the first version, you provide feedback and we deliver the updated version as quickly as possible within the plan's delivery window. For larger scope changes, we can discuss a follow-up engagement.
